Expiration of code signing certificate combined with enrollment token RRS feed

  • Question

  • When you create an app, you need a code signing certificate and a application enrollment token that is generated using the code singing certificate. What happens to an app when the code signing certificate expires? A code singing certificate seems to expire every year, so does that mean end users will need to install a new app every year, which is signed with the new certificate?

Also, when you create a new code signing certificate you need a new application enrollment token, which also will have to replaced every year?
