Upgraded to Azure DevOps Server 2019 Update 1.1 from TFS 2013. Upgrade was successful. All projects seem to be available. Can connect to Azure Devops Project Management web connects through (http://localhost:8100/tfs) but receive error
TF400324 when trying to connect via its own server IP address, DNS or from a client on local LAN (No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8100 (ip address redacted in this text). Same error when connecting
through Visual Studio 2019. (latest update) Have Symantec Endpoint Protection (latest version and update) installed on server and client. Verified firewall open and that rule allows the traffic through. Have disabled virus protection on both
sides but same error. Verified that trying port is active listening (netstat -abo). Tried a bogus port returned "...failed because connected host has failed to respond xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8101. Contacted Symantec Support, they indicate
(of course) that it is not Symantec. TFS 2013 worked without issue before the upgrade. Looking for solution to the issue.
