Hi Artemiy K,
Thanks for your post.
I think it is a TFS Power tools issue,
I'm going to move it for better support.

Hi Artemiy,
Thanks for your post.
Do you mean that you can see the Alert Explorer menu, but after you clicked it, the Alerts Explorer not be opened in your VS 2010?
In order to resolve this issue, I want to confirm some information with you:
1 Where did you click the Alerts Explorer to open it?
2 Launch your VS 2010, click Team menu>>Alerts Explorer, can open it?
3 Under Team Explorer, right-click Team Project Collection and select Alerts Explorer, can open it?
4 Please check the Event Viewer, has any related error or information in there?
5 TFS Power Tools other functions work fine?
6 Try to repair you TFS 2010 Power Tools.

Hi Artemiy,
Thanks for your reply.
Login the same machine using another account, then launch VS, click Team menu>>Alert Explorer, can open it normally?
Try to execute the Devenv /ResetSkipPkgs command in VS Command Prompt, please refer to: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms241276.aspx.

Hi John!
Thank you for your advices
1. I tried to run AE under another account (with Administartor's rights) and had the same result - couldn't see AE window
2. After "ResetSkipPkgs" nothing was changed
Any other ideas?
I manually deleted all "TFPT" reference from registry and reinstalled it. No results...
