Team Member in Team Explorer - Lync Status unknown RRS feed

  • When connecting to the Team Explorer Site "Team members" all Members are shown with the Status "Unknown".

    The provider Lync is connected (actually we are using Lync Server 2010).

    We are using TFS 2012 and we also have the Power Tools for 2012 installed.

    How can I fix this problem?

    thank you for your reply.

    After the first log in from the users the team project all Lync stati were shown correctly.

    Thank you for your post.

    I test the issue in my side, team members' status is synchronous with Lync in my side.
    Can you share a screenshot of the issue?
    What' the version of your OS?
    Do other people experience the same issue in their machine?
