Visual Studio 2017: No tests found to run is followed by (tests quantity) run. RRS feed

  • Question

  • After some test discovery and running issues I found this at Visual Studio 2017 tests output:

    [28/11/2017 01:21:34 p.m. Informational] No tests found to run.
    [28/11/2017 01:21:41 p.m. Informational] ------ Run test started ------
    [28/11/2017 01:21:50 p.m. Informational] ========== Run test finished: 227 run (0:00:09.1540872) ==========

    Looks weird to me.

  • Is it default Unit test in Visual Studio ?

    How is your test script like? Please post more info about, thanks.

    Also, try the solution below:

    Select Manage Nuget package for solution from solution explorer, and updated Unit test. After that you might see all the tests in Test Explorer.

    Let me know if it helps.
