send us an email to v-suhp at Microsoft dot com with agent logs, by following these steps:

Clean “_diag” folder, in the agent path.

Run queue a release and wait for its completion.
-
Pick up all the contents of the “_diag” folder and send us as a zip.
Additionally, provide us with the releaseId and vsts(vso) account’s id.
