Site Collection - Cannot Change administrator RRS feed

    Hello,

    I have moved over some of my sharepoint web apps and site collections to a new farm.  I have changed the primary administrator for the site collection to be a different user however when I try to make changes to the site collection quota I cannot select my site collection.  I can only do this when logged in as the previous administrator.

    Am I doing something wrong here or does it take a bit of time for applications to update?

    Hi，

    I have done a test in my SharePoint 2013 and I can change primary site collection administrator.

    Go to CA->Application Management->Change site collection administrators->choose the site collection, change the Primary site collection administrator.

    Then Go to CA->Application Management->Configure quotas and locks->The new site collection administrator can  select the site collection.
