    I am using VS 2017 enterprise 15.3 version. We would like to integrate restoring <g class="gr_ gr_174 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" data-gr-id="174" id="174">nuget</g> packages in our build machines.

    What is the <g class="gr_ gr_228 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" data-gr-id="228" id="228">locaiton</g> of nuget.exe which came with VS 17 installation?

    As <g class="gr_ gr_376 gr-alert gr_tiny gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling multiReplace" data-gr-id="376" id="376">i</g> understood <g class="gr_ gr_380 gr-alert gr_tiny gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling multiReplace" data-gr-id="380" id="380">i</g> shouldn't install it separately.

    Thanks, Mordehai

  • Hi Mordehaid,

    Welcome to MSDN forum.

Do you mean you want to know the Nuget.exe command cli location? Since there are a lot of garbled in your question, I could not understand your question clear. If I understand incorrectly, please update your question.

The Nuget.exe command cli is a download software, you can download it from below link, and set it into your local folder.

    https://www.nuget.org/downloads

    Hope this helps.

  • As Leo-Liu has explained, you need to download nuget.exe separately.

Visual Studio doesn't use nuget.exe but dlls from an extension (VSIX):

    Visual Studio 2015:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\Common7\IDE\Extensions\<some folder>

    Visual Studio 2017 Community Edition:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Community\Common7\IDE\CommonExtensions\Microsoft\NuGet
