My current client uses Service Now to track incidents and change requests. They are beginning to adopt TFS 2012 for development and testing, and while TFS and some of the Microsoft products that it already integrates with could handle these things (SCOM, Project Server, etc), they are not ready to move it all over to TFS at once. I realize we could use the TFS Integration platform to build a custom integration solution to link/synch Service Now and TFS, just wondering if someone out there has already done it and what their experience was like.
This is their existing list of supported integrations with third party tools, no TFS of course: http://wiki.servicenow.com/index.php?title=List_of_Available_Integrations.
The SCCM "integration" looked promising but alas it is a one way push into S/N: http://wiki.servicenow.com/index.php?title=Microsoft_SMS/SCCM_Integration_2.0_Plugin
It is apparently on their bucket list, but might not be a very high priority: http://community.servicenow.com/forum/7457?page=1
My search for successful integrations turned up a whole lot of nothing:

Thanks for your post and sorry for the delayed response!
As I am not familiar with ServiceNow, I would suggest you to report this issue on our Portal:
Every feedback submitted will be evaluated carefully by our engineers. If they have some feedback on it, they will let us know their comments further through that portal. This would be helpful to improve Visual Studio products.
Thanks and Best Regards,
Ok. Thanks for getting back to me.
We want to integrate with TFS and I dont think there is a lot of information out there about how to do it. We wanted to use Web Services and was wondering if you tried exploring that option.
Massaysys is a paid application i guess? We wanted to do it inhouse.
Angela, I suspect you've long moved on to address your integration needs. Nevertheless, I'm hoping this post may help others seeking similar solutions.
Quantum Whisper recently released a ServiceNow TFS or VSTS integration. However, it may not be for everyone. It's not a sophisticated integration platform but rather a targeted solution for those seeking to connect support/helpdesk (think ServiceNow) and development (think TFS/VSTS). A free trial is available.
Thanks and good luck!
