any tool for WS interface generatation?

i am using vb.net to develop soap web service. but it need to integrate with another open API. now i need to prepare the soap WS documentation, any recommended tool that i can generate the client proxy WS interface for c#, vb, etc.?

Hi,

Visaul Studio allows to use the WSDL service description to generate a client. See for example Add, update, or remove a WCF data service reference - Visual Studio | Microsoft Docs

wsdl generate client and maybe a language in a search party engine should allow to find other generators if needed.

can i have a sample for reference for the result? i don't how what exactly input and how to generate one.

how can i get the URL and how to know the request message name and response message name  of web service in soap?

any reference code?
