    Hi there,

    I am one of the site owners for my organization SharePoint site since I'm tasked with maintenance work and creating tracking files etc. I understand that to access additional templates for my issue tracking list in order to create specific workflows, I need a site collection administrator to enable it.

    Is there any way I can check who this person is? The site owners/admins have changed many times over the years that no one seems to know.

    If i understand it correct, you would like to know who all are site collection admins on your site right?

    You can connect with your sharepoint farm admin/super admin and go to your site permissions page. on the top ribbon you should see site collections administrators button, click on that it should give you list of all site coll admins
