  • Hello Dejan Vasilcin,

Do you have any proxy settings on your Windows 8.1 machine?

    >>"I tried opening a new account"

What account did you create? New Windows account or Visual Studio account? Please try create both of them to see the result. I think the issue can also related to your user profile. If it is the reason, please try copy your things to a new user account in order to fix this issue.

    Best regards,
