SSIS package fail: Excel Destination issues

Question

I have create SSIS package to load the data from Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio into the share folder of Excel file.    

The error message: 

[Excel Destination [136]] Error: SSIS Error Code DTS_E_OLEDBERROR.  An OLE DB error has occurred. Error code: 0x80040E21.
An OLE DB record is available.  Source: "Microsoft Access Database Engine"  Hresult: 0x80040E21  Description: "Multiple-step OLE DB operation generated errors. Check each OLE DB status value, if available. No work was done.".

I have installed "Microsoft Access Database Engine"  software today, but it still has the issue. 

Could anyone please help to solve the issue?  Thank you.

Can you please let me know which type of connection provider are you using in both the connection manager for SQL Server and Excel.
