Question:
PC: Windows 10
Installed SSMS v18.6
Using SSMS, I can connect to the remote external SQL Servers, but I don't have any local SQL Servers. I ran the command in DOS>sqlcmd -L
I received the message " 'sqlcmd' is not recognized.
In Apps & Features of Windows 10, I see:
MS SQL Server 2016 LocalDB. MS Server 2012 Native Client, MS SSMS 18.6, MS SQL Server Data Tools for Visual Studio.
I have downloaded 2014 Adventure Works, I need to practice. Please advise.
