    i wanted to create my own VoIP server to make call using c# web or winform application. You are requested to guide me to setup my own voip server to make call on local land lines. and to make this working what types of hardware are required.

    After reading through your question, I think this Codeplex project can help you: http://csharpsoftphonevoip.codeplex.com It's based on Ozeki VoIP SDK (www.voip-sip-sdk.com) that support all .NET languages including C# as well.
