Unable to login to VS 2019 RRS feed

  • See attachment I have reinstalled and tried removing %localappdata%\.IndentityServcie

    I'm prompted for my creds after entering password the following error is received

    Welcome to MSDN forum.

    According to your description, what your version of VS? Did you face this issue while entering product key? If you could access any website including Microsoft official website, you could try the following steps:

       #1. Try to login with another account such as hotmail or outlook to check whether it is problem with your account.

      #2. One possibility is SSO issue with Active Directory Federation Services. You could refer to the link.  

      #3. BTW, you could try use VPN or Proxy server to make sure that your Internet has a stable access service and login account environment.

    Could Anna's suggestion help you? For this error, did you could access MS account under your internet environment? If yes, what is your version of visual studio?

    If it is community, please go to official site, then sign in your account, check if it could work.

    If it is professional or enterprise, please access this subscription site to verify your account.

    In addition, please confirm you Internet environment could

    In addition to Dylan’s suggestion, if you use Professional or Enterprise edition of VS and have a subscription, you could also check the expire date from this website https://my.visualstudio.com/subscriptions.

    Maybe you could try to sign in VS from this way. Open VS Installer -> at the top right corner -> click Provide Feedback button -> Report a problem -> Then a Developer Community Window will be opened and click Sign In to try to login to VS 2019.

    BTW, if you could open the Account page of VS, you could try to sign out and remove all accounts and then try to sign in again.
