  • Ususally status codes are with 3 digitis:

Can it be that the error code comes from the program? Something that the developer wrote?

  • Thank you for answer!

Right, normal status code consists of 3 digits, that's why this code is weird to me and why I am asking the question.

The code comes from WebBrowser control, NavigateError handler. It is not program code.

Can  WebBrowser  throw such errors in some cases (no connection, or something like this)?

Can IIS be confirgured to throw some special(custom) codes like 7?

  • Hi Alexander,

I cannot find anything about Status code 7 about webbrowser. The following link shows NavigateError Event Status codes, but cannot find 7. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa768365(v=vs.85).aspx.

Did you try to access the site using IE to see whether IE will throw something? Post more information about this problem.

Try to post on IIS forum for effective response. http://forums.iis.net/.
