Manage multiple Projects in a one collection

Question
-
Dear Sir,
I am looking for an easy way to manage few different projects that are under the same collection.
My problem is that when I or one of my employees would like to know what work items are assign to him they have to open each project separately and then to go to the Queries and select "Assign to me". This way they get the work items that assign to them for only this specific project.
Is there away to manage the entire collections and not go project by project?
Thanks
Beni

Hi Beni,
The query could have the condition for multiple team projects of a collection. For example:
Team Project In teamproject1,teamproject2.

Hi Beni,
I faced the same problem and this is how you can sort it. You have to use TFS teams for this. I am constantly using this and it seems to work for me and for my team.
- You have to create a new team project.
- Then create separate teams for each project. This will create a separate Area for each team (Check this out: https://almbox.wordpress.com/2015/05/09/tfs-teams/)
- Then you will have to move all the work items from the different projects to new TeamProject. For this you will have to use TFS Integration Tools. This migration can be configured to direct the work items to the relevant Area Path.
Please shoot back if you have any queries or comments.
Thanks

Dear Sanjaya,
This solution is a correct and we are using it in our process. However, on some cases, when I manage projects that are totally different and related to a total different product, I must create two different Projects in the collections. In example image that one group develop a car and one group develop a medical device however, there is one small algorithm for image processing that is used on both products.
In that case, there are few people that still give some development services to both projects.
Is there a way to manage the processes of each project in one dashboard without getting into each project separately?
Thanks
Beni
