Integers converting to Hex values RRS feed

  • Question

  • For some unknown reason when I debug the values of variables set to an integer are being converted to hex values.  Within the form itself or when the value is passed into the database it is stored as an integer, which it should be.  Does anyone know how to prevent the conversion from occuring?

My project was initially created in VS 2005 and later converted to VS 2008.  I am using VB.Net with SQL Server 2005.

  • What you can do is.
Put a break point, add the variable to quick watch.
Then right click on the value header and uncheck Hexadecimal Display

  • Thank you,

I would never have figured that out on my own.
