Take a look at http://www.myovs.com/. We had a speaker at the Puget Sound SharePoint User's Group who was with the group that implemented SAP at Microsoft years ago. They developed MyOVS in order to easily integrate SharePoint with ERP systems.

They have a SharePoint Webparts for ERP under Products. It would be best if you contacted them as this is not a product I've used.

InFlight integrates PeopleSoft into SharePoint 2013. It's an out-of-the-box product. www.inflightintegration.com
Here's a YouTube video showing PeopleSoft View Paycheck getting integrated into SharePoint 2013: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SeLWfcedFpM but check out the website for more information. . .

Business Connectivity Service could help you push and pull data between SharePoint and PeopleSoft. If you want user profiles in PeopleSoft to be synchronized to utilize in SharePoint, so you can use Forefront Identity Manager with Connector for Oracle PeopleSoft. In terms of authentication, AD FS with Oracle Identity Federation (OIF) is a great combination.
