Error during execution of web test in VS2013 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi

We are using Cloud VM where Vs2013 ultimate is installed. We tried executing web test locally (without Agent/controller) configuration and we are getting below error for our application

"Request failed: The server committed a protocol violation. Section=ResponseHeader Detail=CR must be followed by LF"

     Finding

    1. URL open up successfully from browser

    2. I recorded web test for google and I am able to execute it from same visual studio solution

    3. this error is only coming for this URL

    4. Tried putting "<httpWebRequest useUnsafeHeaderParsing="true" /> " in app.config and load test solution configuration file added in load test solution and copied to bin folder of same solution. Still issue persist

Also added above lines in actual web application and still issue is there

as per below link this needs to be added in visual studio test host configuration file "vstesthost.exe.config". I am not able to get these files in " C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0\Common7\IDE" folder. hence added this line at VSTestConfig.exe file, but still issue remains. Manually added VSTestHost.exe.config with the lines but still issue remains

    5. is this issue related to POrt

    6. same application works from other local machine

Please help on this. Screenshot attached

    Thanks you
