Visual Studio performance test with Azure Active Directory Authentication RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am trying to perform a load/performance test on my webapp. Since my app requires Azure Active Directory authentication, when I run the Url based load test in Visual Studio, the page redirects to the Microsoft login page (Since user authentication is required). And I get a 302 Found response. I have looked around many forms and threads but can't really find a solution.

I have added my username and password credentials with visual studio but still no luck.

  • Please explain your problem in more detail. What is happening now and what do you want to happen? I have two suggestions at the moment, but add more details to your question.

Use the "Add credentials" command. See

Intercept and customise the redirection. See

  • Hi friend,

    Welcome to MSDN forum.

    Sorry for delay.

The 302Found is a HTTP response code. It means that it needs to access to other URL temporarily when it request source.

As you said, you can follow the Adrian’s suggestions to try to troubleshoot your problems. If you have other updated details, please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards,
