Visual Studio 2013 Express Expired - Cannot Sign In

Question
-
I am receiving an error that Visual Studio 2013 Express is expired. I have a MSDN account and it's been registered to this software.
I noticed when starting the application the Sign In button at the top right shows a warning. But there is no way for me to sign in because the license expired message is overlaid across the application.
I have tried the /resetuserdata trick and that does not work. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing VS Studio 2013 express.
Any ideas?

Hi Sam,
It seems that this issue is similar to this case here:
Not very sure that whether it is the windows Environment issue, if possible, you could clean the cache of VS and Browser Cache. Check it again. I know that re-install Windows is not a good suggestion for this issue. Maybe you could submit a report for this issue here:http://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/feedback/CreateFeedback.aspx. Maybe we could get useful information from the product team expert. Thanks for your understanding.

Could you share us a screen shot about it? As far as I know, the express version still requires internet access to extend the license.
Reference:
Maybe you could run the windows update, please also install the VS2013 Update2. How about the result? To make sure that it is not your account issue, maybe you could sign in it in other VS Environment.
A report in the following thread also share us the similar issue about the “renew license”.
Have a nice weekend,

Hi Jack,
Please see screenshot below. I downloaded the VS2013 Update2 update via Windows Update with no change in behavior.
I have VS Studio Express installed on another machine (it hasn't been 30 days yet, so not sure what will happen after that period elapses) and I am able to log in using my MSDN account just fine.
Any ideas?
