  • Did you want the panel content to be lightswitch fields? you can add pure HTML to the screen, something like the below will reformat a date field: (add it to the field post_render)

    contentItem.dataBind("value", function (value) {
            if (value) {

    or to simply replace the text of a field, something link below:

    $(element).text("Some Value");

    Suggest you would add a custom field, then build its HTML as per above into your panel code

  • I think from reading you other posts you are using the word "panel" for what we use to refer to a screen am I correct?

    to establish anouther definition:
    An embedded form is a way to take a Formsite form and embed it into a page on your website. Users will see the form on your page instead of needing to click a link to visit your form. This is useful when you don't want users to leave your page.

    So is it that you want to use a Lightswitch HTML Project to build a form to be embedded from you server/site onto an existing website.
    Are you planning to make a Lightswitch Desktop or HTML project that you want to connect to an outside source and embed their form to connect back to them form an embedded form on your lightswitch screen(Panel)
