  • Hi LesleyHsieh,

    Welcome to MSDN Forum.

According to your description, your issue is more related about the install and setup of Visual Studio. And this forum is discussing and asking questions about the Windows Form and ClickOnce,  I will move this thread to corresponding forum : Visual Studio Setup and Installation for dedicated information. you will get a more professional support from there.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best Regards,

    Bob

  •       Hi LesleyHsieh,

          Welcome to MSDN forum.

          >>AssemblyCheck: Error querying assembly info: -2147024894.

The error code 2147024894(0x80070002) often means the system cannot find the file    specified.

          >>Process exited with code 536870913

The error may be caused by the file has corrupted during download.

Please have a try with downloading Microsoft Visual Basic Power Packs 10.0 from:

           http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=145727&clcid=0x804

Click Allow and follow installation instructions.

It seems it is a product limit for 10.0(Actually 10.0 is for Visual Studio 2010), do you mind to change to

Visual Basic Power Packs 12.0, you could get it from: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-  us/library/cc488277.aspx

          Best regards,

          Joyce
