Disable auto-open files when clicking files in Soluition Explorer RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi all,

Since Visual Studio 2015 there is a new feature which makes a file to open when you single-click on a file in the Solution Explorer. This is really annoying but I couldn't find any option to disable this feature.

Any clue how I could disable this?

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hi friends,

    Thanks Nordine's reply.

There is a tab above the solution explorer, if it's be selected, then you could open the file by single-click, if not it would have to be open by double-click:

    Hope it helps.

    Best regards,

    Fletch
