TFS 2013 API

Question

is there any plan from MS to release VSO API on TFS 2013 as well, typically based on directions from MS whatever is released on VSO would be available on TFS soon

The VSO API on TFS 2013 will be released in a future, but not have a plan at present. See Brain Harry's blog for more information.
