Hi,
As per this post
http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/lightswitch/thread/2f67d496-5a1f-46fd-85e3-f056c0b4822c
you can install vs2010 and vs2012 (RC) side by side (I have a W7 box with VS 2010 and LS 2011 *but* not VS2012).
I read somewhere, but I can't find now where, that doing this could break extensions in VS2010-LS.
I can't upgrade my LS-2011 apps to LS in vs2012 because I heavily depend on XtraReports in my LS apps and DevExpress hasn't yet upgraded this extension, so I am stuck with VS2010 for now. I just want to develop some simple LS apps in VS2012 just to start
using this new LS version *before* the final version is released.
Can somebody that uses XtraReports in VS2010-LS *and* has installed VS2012RC side by side make some comments about LS v1 and LS v2 living and working together?
Many thanks for your help and bye ...
