  • after I upgrade the TFS 2018 to devOps 2019. I open the web portal. This error was shown.

    Meanwhile, in order to advance this issue, I strongly recommend you to add a comment in there with some specific condition you met. Thus, our product group would be own more various examples to investigate and analyze it further.
