Visual Studio Console app won't run RRS feed

  • Question

  • When I start a console app before I change anything so the console should just say "Hello World!"

I hit F5 to run the app, the console opens for about a second then closes and I get this error:

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Visual Studio but I still get the same errors.
