Any good TFS 2010 API references to recommend?

Hi, I'm C# developer and I'm new to TFS 2010 API, which I need to access from C# code for tasks like list workspaces, get latest, etc. Besides TFS SDK samples, are there any good introductions or references that can be recommended? Thanks!
