Please use http://aka.ms/vscollect to gather the installation logs. After using it, you will find vslogs.cab from %temp% folder. Please upload the file to https://skydrive.live.com/ and share the link here.

1) Disable your Anti Virus software
2) Update your computer (Windows)
Then you should make sure you have healthy installation package:
1)Suppose you are using a ISO, Please use this tool http://support.microsoft.com/kb/841290 to verify hash of the iso. The point of the exercise is to generate a hash value (or values) - MD5 and SHA1 - from the .iso file so that it/they can be checked against the known value(s) for that file. Any discrepancy would indicatethat the file was corrupted.
2)If you are using a web installer, please make sure your network is healthy.
If you want to analyze the logs yourself, please navigate to vslogs/Temp and check dd_install_100 and search for error from there. Then you will be able to find a error code out. Search the error on the forum to find an answer.
