รบกวนลองทําตามขั้นตอนต่อไปนี้
วิธีที่ 1 รัน command ในฐานะที่เป็นผู้ดูแลระบบ จากนั้นพิมพ์ sfc.exe /scannow วิธีนี้จะตรวจสอบไฟล์เสียหายของระบบและการซ่อมแซมไฟล์เสียหายที่พบ
วิธีที่ 2 ลองวิธีในโพสต์ต่อไปนี้
: windows 8.1 page_fault_in_nonpaged_area
วิธีที่ 3 ไปที่ Control Panel- Network and Internet - Network and Sharing Center（หรืออยู่ใต้ Change adapter settings） - Manage Network Connections
ยคลิกขวา Network Bridge แล้วคลิก Delete
วิธีที่ 4 ลอง เอาออก memory sticks อาจจะมีความขัดแย้งกับฮาร์ดแวร์
