MyProject can not find T4 template Code in MVC5

Question

When I try to add Detail1.cs.t4 file in my Project MVC 5

after than I create my View But My Project can not find Detail1.cs.t4 file 

I don't no why ?

what the reason about this ?

in mvc 5 not have this feature ?

Someone can help me about this or Are you have other suggestion about this with me ?
