ไปยัง IP address
โดยการส่งข้อมูลในแต่ละครั้งจะประมาณ
20 byte ทุกๆ 2 วินาที
ผมต้องการเขียนเป็น

โดยข้อมูลจะส่งไปทาง
TCP protocol ไปยัง specific IP address บน specific port
