    ผมเพิ่ง download ตัว starter kit .net 2.0 มา

    รันบนเครื่องคอมก็ปกติดี แต่พอเอาไปรันบน server ที่เป็น 64bit กลับ error

    Could not load file or assembly 'vjslib, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

    ผมเลยลอง download ตัว Microsoft Visual J# Version 2.0 Redistributable Package ที่เป็น 32 bit

    "On 64-bit systems, it will execute in the Windows-On-Windows environment."

    หมายความว่าอะไรครับ

    Windows-On-Windows environment/WoW/WOW64 คือ ชื่อที่ใช้ในการอ้างถึง x86 emulator

    ซึ่งทำให้โปรแกรม 32-bit Windows-based สามารถทำงานบน 64-bit Windows ได้

    และทำให้โปรแกรมที่ทำงานบน 64-bit สามารถติดตั้งบนเครื่อง 32-bit  ได้

    Visual J# Redist 2.0 ไม่ได้ซับพอร์ต 64-bit platform

    แต่สามารถติดตั้งและรันบนเครื่อง 64-bit ได้ เหมือนกับเครื่อง 32-bit emulation หรือที่เราเรียกว่า WoW

    โดยจากการใช้งาน ไม่ได้มีความแตกต่างกันมากนัก
