  • What you describe are "business rules".  Normally those are implemented in the application code, not enforced at the SQL Server database level.

  • And how to implement them to application code? Would you write code, please?

  • Good day Pavlob,

    1. We are not here to work for you but to help you do your work.

    2. If you choose to solve your needs using your own application, then you are not in the right forum, since this forum is for Transact-SQL. It happen from time to time that a discussion which start in one forum according to first approach should be move to another forum once the discussion changed.

If this is the case here, then you should close this thread and open a new one in the right forum which fit the technologies you want to use for your solution

--- back to the original question ----

Your description is not clear. Moreover we need to reproduce the relevant table(s) with some data in order to test solutions and discuss them. Therefore as Srinivasa Rao Gude asked you in the first response, please provide DDL+DML (queries to create the relevant table(s) and insert some sample data

  • I understood, this problem is impossible to solve only by sql tools, it needs program language such as C#

You ask for help -> totally ignore the responses which tell you to provide more information -> you come to conclusion that it cannot be done using T-SQL

HOW you came to thins conclusion?!?

maybe better option is to listen to these who tried to help you instead?

Anyhow, if you came to this conclusion then it is best to publish the question in the fitting forum. The following doc include list of forums and can help in finding the best forum for the question: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/34901.list-of-forums-by-languages-categories-and-field-of-discussions.aspx
