  • hi,

    we have replication on some table of database and subscriber is on other end,

    so how to find how much data has been transfer from publisher to subscriber from publisher end.

  • You can query msrepl_commands on distribution database for that publisher (u can filter by article_id). however this is only possible if you retention is set like @min=24 and @max=24. If so than you can query msrepl_Commands and see how many commands has been replicated down for last 24 hours.

    Other way of doing this is querying msdistribution_status and joining on article_id and distribution agent id.

    sp_repltrans -- to see undistributed commands on Publisher database
    MSrepl_commands and MSrepl_transactions -- to see details of the replicated commands
    exec sp_browsereplcmds -- to see which transaction with the parameters of xcat sec start and end

    or else

    you can replication monitor -- Undistributed commands tab
