  • Hi people,

    While editing the rows in my user DB table it's throwing below error. it's SQL server 2017 RTM (14.0.1000.169 (X64) )  Enterprise Edition: Core-based Licensing (64-bit) on Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard 6.3 <X64> (Build 9600: ) (Hypervisor)

    can anyone please suggest the solution for this

  • It seems that this happens in Visual Studio or SSMS. Run the same operation on a different machine. If that worrks, there is reason to assume that the first machine with has faulty memory. If you get the same behaviour on the seond machine, it is likely to be a bug in the prodcut. Make sure that you have the most recent version installed, but else it can be difficult to workaround.

  • Hi Prudhivi,

     

    Could you please tell us which tool you are using and what operation you did to inspire the error message.

     

    As mentioned by Erland, please test the same operation in the another machine to check whether there is some wrong with your machine.
