Doubts regarding Account data object.

Question

Hi,

       Myself as a programmer, I wish to use the Adcenter API  for my new web-application. I have gone through documentation of 'Adcenter API'. I have found two data objects named 'AdvertiserAccount' and 'PublisherAccount'. But in document, I didn't find any description about, difference between those two accounts.

      I hope, I can able to get an answer for this  from here.
