Update Microsoft Office

Question

Dear, I am writing to you this message regarding a issue am having while trying to open my word document. 

Last week I‘ve made an update of my Operating System on my Macbook, for the new version and, since I‘ve done it 

I am no longer able to open some document that I need urgently, due probably a miss of update of Microsoft Office. 

I would like to know if there will be a update soon, regarding the new version of MaBook that is already available.
