Show Quarters in the X - Axis and other Categories in the Y - Axis in Gantt Chart SSRS 2008 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi

I'm working in a report that has two categories let's call them projects and time, I'm creating a chart with the projects in the Y - Axis and the Time in the X-Axis, the report is working fine, the only problem that I have is that I want to display Quarters (Q12009 , Q22009..) instead of the dates and the Intervaltype Property doesn't have this option.

Do you know if it is possible to display this data?

    Thanks for your help

  •  This is not possible in an SSRS chart.  We rely on the String.Format function to format the AxisLabels, and it's currently not possible to get a quarter using that function.

  • Has this functionality changed in any recent versions of SSRS?
