report manager crashes when users print RRS feed

    We recently changed from SQL 2005 to SQL 2008 we running Windows Server 2008 for some reason one of the users is unable to print on the report manager.  Every time he clicks on the print button IE explorer 10 crashes.  he is the only user so far that has this issue.  does anyone know what i can do to fix this.

    Try deleting the ActiveX control on their computer through Internet Options and having them try clicking the print button, which should initiate it to reinstall.  You could also try turning on the "Compatibility View" in IE to see if that helps.
