  • You appear to be already running the latest version of SQL 2012.

    You could try this hotfix, but may not fix your problem:

    You should contact MS Support for a fix.   They should be able to help you with your problem.

    Tom is correct so far, that this is a deficiency in the product. Alas, the
    chances for a fix may be slim, unless you have a really good support contract, since SQL 2012 is out of mainstream support.

    However, it is possible that CSS will be able to track down the conditions that leads to this situation so that you work around it.
