Share and branch misses file(s) in the resulting project

Question

So we've got a strange orphaning or corruption or something going on, which I'd like to get a handle on.

When we share a project with the branch option checked, one of the files is being ignored during the operation. The result is an incomplete project; without the missing file. The file can later be shared with branch individually.

I've just got concerns about the integrity of the repository. Or perhaps Analyze would correct these things and clean it up. I don't know.

If anyone has some results along these lines and what they did to correct for it, that'd be wonderful.
