logparser in exchange files

Hi

I'm running logparser exchange files (\Exchsrvr\mail.log) and in the email subject logparser output shows symbols that does not show the message tracking in exchange console.
Examples:

=?UTF-8?Q?

=?iso-8859-1?Q?

That can happen?.
In this file Exchange with these symbols, but as message tracking shows right?

these are both indication for the content codepage. These may differ from e-mail to e-mail but are generally not important for user or admin. Check wikipedia if you need more info on the difefrences between those encodings.
