We have SqlServer 2008 running on a clustered environment under server 2008 R2. We had a crtical event generated
by the server which is as given below:-
The certificate received from the remote server was issued by an untrusted
certificate authority. Because of this, none of the data contained in the
certificate can be validated. The SSL connection request has failed.
The attached data contains the server certificate.
None of our application users have not complained of any disruptions.
What is reason for this error event generation and how can it be prevented?
