We have a file server that is running windows server 2019 Standard edition. We are seeing a strange issue where users will delete a folder or a bunch a files located in a folder. It looks to delete. If they go back to the same folder where they deleted the
files at approx 5 minutes later, the files reappear automatically as if the user never deleted them but you cannot open the file. A few hours later the user will go back and check and files are gone and do not come back.
This is a strange issue as it seems like some sort of issue where it is not done instantly. Just wondering if anyone has any idea what could be causing this problem.
