Error details: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.   This error recorded on suspended instances.

here an example:

"Ccx.Bts.Int.Drf.Orchestrations_1.0.0.0_xxx.Services.Client.xxx.Orchestrations.SendAllergy_Port_Send_To_xxx_1d7a74aeebea49ce" with URI 'xx' is suspended.

 Error details: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.

The problem is probably at whatever BizTalk is connecting to or the network in between.
