  • if the transaction log file full in log shipping on secondary database what happened? How can i resolve that

  • Do you mean to say that your logfile has definite size and has reached that size ? When you restore your db for the first time before LS initiation , all the database properties are same at the secondary database as well( autogrow,collation etc etc) . See if you are running out of your log file space on the primary database.

  • In addition, LS is applying LOG files from Primary to Secondary , not modified rows as it Mirroring does...So if the log file is out of space take care on Primary server to reduce physical sizeof the log file
